Because of our low overhead, we can pass the savings on to you, the seller. Your savings come from the list side not the sales side of the transaction. So, other Realtors will show and sell your home the same as if you were paying a full commission.
Is the property put into the MLS? (top of page)
Sure. Your home is entered into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where all Augusta area real estate agents can show and sell your property. Additionally, your home is advertised on the internet where we have a very high presence.
Will I have to sign a listing agreement? (top of page)
In order for us to put your home into the MLS, The Augusta Board of Realtors (of which we are a member) requires us to have a listing agreement in writing for us to enter your property into the MLS. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our performance, you may cancel the agreement at any time. We will be glad to note this on the listing agreement. There is no hassle. You can call, write, or email us. We part company as friends.
Do I have the right to sell the home myself? (top of page)
Sure. You have the right to find your own buyer and save even more and for an even lower fee we will handle the details of the sale. This includes writing the contract, helping the buyer obtain financing, attending the closing, etc.
Even if your home is not listed with us, we still offer the service of handling the details when you sell the home yourself.
How is your plan better? (top of page)
You are able to attract buyers working with "For Sale by Owners" as well as buyers working with Realtors.
Will other real estate companies show my home? (top of page)
Of course. Your savings comes from the list side of the commission, not the sales side. The sales side is not watered down. The selling company still has the same incentive as if you were paying a full commission.
Are you a full service real estate company? (top of page)
Yes. We are a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Board of Realtors, Greater Augusta Board of Realtors, and the MLS (Multiple Listing Service where all Realtors add their listings so others Realtors can show and sell your property). The only difference between us and other companies is our lower commission. We also have a higher web presence than most other real estate companies. Your home is advertised to buyers all over the world.
